Return & Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping at neimaalmarakby.com. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 

You can change or cancel your order before the product has been dispatched, you can email us at Orders@neimaalmarakby.com, with your Order number, to discuss what practical options are available to you. If your Order has already been dispatched, please return your Order once received in accordance with Our Returns Policy below. 

You can return or exchange all or part of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Certain product designs, festive or party or soiree products, accessories, and sale items are not applicable for Refund or Exchange and you can check if the product is refundable/exchangeable or not from the product details page. 

An item is eligible for Return or Exchange only if:

• The item is in its original condition

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, or undamaged

• The item is returned in its original packaging with all items included with the original purchase

• The item must have been sold on our online store 

• The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

• The item is not included in the certain products/sale items that are not applicable for exchange or refund.

• “Non-refundable”  is not stated in the item product detail page

In-store return and exchange is available for online purchases. Make sure your item is eligible for return or exchange as mentioned above. 

Once we receive your item, our quality control team will examine the returned product and notify you via email that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. Please note it can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return.

Please, remember that if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that Neima Almarakby has the right to refuse accepting returned items without original packaging condition.
